The visit typically lasts between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the type and size of the property.
What are the penalties for a missing EPC certificate?
Brussels Environment can impose an administrative fine of up to €625 per property for a missing EPC certificate during a sale or rental.

How do I pay?
Payment takes place at the end of the visit: in cash, via banking app or bank transfer. The certificate is delivered after receipt of full payment.
